Handbook of Driving Double-disc Flattener Products

Operational Manual for Driving Flattener

I. Characteristics and Use of Machines

This machine is a driving type flattening machine with outstanding serialization design and excellent production technology; imported bearings and imported transmission system; heat dissipation function, high-quality turbine gearbox can effectively guarantee the service life; pedal safety switch, can be shut down if the footsteps are loosened; centrifugal friction clutch, durable; equipped with transport wheel, easy to move. Equipment.

The operation of driving type leveler reduces labor intensity to a great extent, improves work efficiency, has double discs, larger weight, and has better compaction effect on the ground. The construction efficiency is obviously higher than other construction machines. It can install two pulping discs at the same time, carry out rapid pulping, mechanical steering operation system, reflect sensitivity, control easily and freely, equipped with Honda and Baili. Tong, Kohler and other engines, provide strong and reliable power, stable operation. The adjustable handle makes the operator feel comfortable and reduces fatigue.

Usage: Suitable for large and small construction sites. It can be used for indoor and outdoor pulping, smoothing and lighting operation. Widely used in high-standard factory buildings, warehouses, squares, airports, parking lots, pavement, road and bridge maintenance, concrete surface pulping, plastering, is the preferred machine in concrete construction.

II. Operational Safety Notes

Before operating the machine, read, understand and follow the steps in the user's manual.

Only trained personnel are allowed to start, operate and shut down the machine. It understands the operating manual, knows how to use the machine correctly, and is familiar with all the operating parts.

(3) It is forbidden for personnel not trained systematically to operate machines. Before operating machines, personnel should be familiar with various risks and hazards.

(4) People who are under age, drink alcohol or take drugs are not allowed to operate machines.

Correct use of lifting or removal tools.

Regular maintenance of the machine keeps it in good working condition.

When starting the machine, ensure that the throttle is idle, check the surrounding environment, ensure that there is enough space, and maintain a certain safe distance with the surrounding personnel.

_Test the safety device on the machine when starting.

Do not place your feet in or above the surrounding protective ring before starting. Ensure that operators have proper protective clothing, including foot protection.

_Make sure that the pedal safety switch can be used and has good performance. If this switch does not work properly, please do not use the machine. Uncontrolled machines can cause serious personal injury and damage to concrete surfaces.

(1) Do not use the machine indoors or in a relatively airtight environment unless there is good ventilation. Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, which is colorless and tasteless, but can cause you to lose consciousness or even die within minutes.

(2) Please do not leave the machine in the starting state, so as not to cause unnecessary harm;

Do not refuel the machine in the starting state or the machine with hotter engine. In a ventilated environment, refuel the machine away from Mars or open fire. Do not smoke when refueling.

_Do not touch the engine and muffler for a period of time after operation and shutdown. These parts have very high temperature, which can lead to scald.

Protective clothing, protective glasses, protective headphones and safety shoes are needed to operate the machine on the construction site.

_When the machine stops working, it is necessary to close the fuel valve on the engine.

When not in use, store the machine in a suitable place, where it needs to be clean and dry, away from children.

_Do not alter the equipment without authorization, because any alteration will bring disadvantage to the operation, cause safety problems, and may reduce the service life of the machine.

III. Operation Safety of Using Internal Combustion Engines

(1) Do not smoke while refueling or performing other fuel-related operations.

(2) Do not start the engine in the presence of sparks and flames.

Don't start the machine when the fuel spills or the odor of the fuel oil is obvious. Move the machine out of the oil spill position and wipe it clean and start.

Don't refuel under the condition of engine operation or high temperature.

Do not refuel in the presence of sparks or open flames.

Do not spill fuel when refueling.

_Do not touch the engine and muffler for a few minutes after operation and shutdown. These parts are very hot and can cause burns.

If there is a fuel spill during refueling, it needs to be wiped clean and discarded in a safe place. Do not operate the machine when fuel or oil leaks.

It is forbidden to operate the machine in flammable and explosive environment.

_It is forbidden to operate machines in poor ventilation or airtight space.

(1) It is forbidden to perform other operations in the course of transportation. Before working, stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug to prevent accidental start-up.

(2) Avoid breathing exhaust gas for a long time. You may be harmed by harmful gases.

(5) Perform maintenance or maintenance services after engine cooling.

Safe containers are required for handling fuel during maintenance and repair.

It is forbidden to place leaves, paper, cartons and other sundries around the muffler. The muffler's high temperature can ignite these objects.

(5) Clean up the fuel without using the machine for a long time.

Be careful!

Do not smoke while refueling!

The engine exhaust is a lethal poisonous gas. Operate the machine in a ventilated environment, away from the environment where exhaust gas may accumulate.

IV. Maintenance Safety

Before use and maintenance
